"We needed a tool, that didn't exist."

At justBE we work with personas every day — in campaigns, in briefings, when testing concepts. The classic persona on paper? Only gets you so far. What really helps: talking to them directly.

So we built PersonaCHAT. For ourselves. For our clients. For the work we do every day. The tool runs in our agency routine and is continuously developed.

At some point we asked ourselves: why not share it? PersonaCHAT is now available as a free beta, for agencies, marketing teams, and everyone who wants to truly understand their target audience. Feedback is explicitly welcome.
